Description

Machine particularly indicated for the opening of bales of new or regenerated fibres. The opening system is composed of:

• A Vertical spiked lattice
• An adjustable spiked stripper lattice on the charge side, that allows a suitable initial opening of the fibre to be processed

The length of the feeding conveyor varies according to the necessity of the customer. The machine is able to open several bales loaded on the feeding conveyor at the same time, thus ensuring a very high hourly production, an initial pre-blending and a long period of operation without further loading.
The discharge of the fibres can take place by a transversal collection conveyor or by an hopper, according to the working width of the machine. The version with the double feeding conveyor, (mod. 1052), allows the loading of bales on the long conveyor while the Bale opener is in operation.
