Description

The vertical lapper Strato is a patented, simple and functional device, used for the production of voluminous non woven. It is a very small flexible machine that works in tandem with the hot air thermo-bonding oven.
The vertical lapper Strato consists of two disk-shafts, driver one by one by means of geared-motors that are controlled in their turn by means of inverters.
By modifying the speed ratio between the disk-shafts, it is possible to change the thickness of lapped web and by modifying the speed of the Oven conveyor belt , it is possible to ad just the end product density and weight. On the contrary, by modifying the speed of the Oven upper belt, it is possible to change the inclination of web laps and, therefore, the end product characteristics.
