Description

METALDETECTOR
The apparatus is composed of an electronic unit, a probe and an anti-static pipe from 250 a 400 mm in diameter. It is able to remove all types of metal impurities, without stopping the flow of the fibres in the ductwork and with minimum fibres waste. The device is composed of three parts:

• Metaldetector
• Ultra high speed double flap electro-pneumatic duct switch.
• Waste collection box

MGNET
For detection of metal impurities.

CONDENSER
The condenser is the ideal device for the delivery of the material (fibres) without air flow, with consequent further dust removal. It is available in working width up to 2000 mm. Models that can work in depression or in overpressure are foreseen.

ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC DUCT-SWITCH
For exchanging material between pneumatic transport lines. It can be equipped with single or double flap The double flap electro-pneumatic duct-switch, allows the diverting during he flow of the material.

EDGE OPENER
Small opener for the reclamation of the side selvedges after cutting operation.
