Description
The thermo-bonding Oven is a stable, welded construction, made out of sectional steel. It is realized by modular sections of 2 metres each one.
The walls have a thickness of 100 mm and are insulated with special material (rock wool).
Thanks to the modular design of the system, additional heating or cooling sections can be added later for increasing the capacity.
Each heating section is equipped with its own ventilation , temperature control and air filtering system.
The material to be processed is contained between two belts especially designed with open mesh for high air permeability. The distance of the belt and blowing nozzles can be individually adjusted in each section of the Oven.
By a particular nozzles disposition, an high and uniform hot air flow is obtained between the two sides of the material. This effect can be noticed in a short heating up period and in a high bulk of the product.
At the exit point of the Oven, a cooling zone is mounted. The air is sucked through the material when said material is still contained between the two transport .belts.
The speed of the corresponding fan is adjusted by Inverter.
