Description

Machine particularly designed for the vertical extraction of textile fibres stored in one or more fixed bins of the same size.
The machine moves, by means of rail guides, from one bin to the other and inside said bins.
A spiked apron collects the stored material, while the mobile emptying unit is working, and sends it to the pneumatic transport plant, by means of a transversal conveyor belt.
The mod. 1060-ST is suitable for the extraction of cut rags from the fixed bins and the successive feeding of rags tearing lines.

Storage Bins
They are made of hollow panels of pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, filled up with flexile foamed polyurethane.
The bins are equipped with a transversally shifting movable front door, that allows a perfect closure of said bins during filling operations.
