Description

The machine consisting of 2 strong shoulders where the deflecting rollers, the contrast rollers and the group of the embossing roller are located.
The deflecting rollers have the function to reverse the material before to entry into the embossing machine and to drive it to the exit.
The two contrast rollers are made of a thick steel pipe and are mounted on bearing units that are fixed to the lateral sides. Said rollers are governed by a geared-motor driven by frequency inverter and by a gearwheels system.
The embossing roller consists in a steel pipe with a drawing like a rhomboid net. Heaters are positioned above the embossing roller. Said heaters are used in order to warm the embossing in relief and, to maintain it to the set temperature.
The material to be embossed is transferred above the two contrast rollers while, the embossing roller turns above and provides to impress the drawing in the point of contact.
