Description

The oiling chamber allows the continuous application of emulsified oil To any kind of textile fibres.
The oil, previously emulsified in an oiling emulsion device, is applied to the fibres which are rotating on the floor of the compartment, by a set of adjustable nozzle. All the parts of the machine, that are in contact with the fibres, are manufactured in stainless steel to avoid corrosion and minimize cleaning time. The oiling chamber is furthermore equipped with a device to stop the oil flow should there be no fibres in circulation.
The oiling pipe mod. 1075-T allows the application of the emulsified oil, directly into the piping for the transportation of the fibres. It is composed of e stainless steel pipe on which two rows of spraying nozzles (3+3), governed by independent electro-valves, are installed.
Oil emulsion device mod. 1076 is a device for the preparation of the proper lubricant to be sprayed on the fibres. It is composed of 2 stainless steel tanks (250+250 litres), complete with pump, electric heaters, level gauges and filters.
