Description

A plant especially designed to permit the continuous blending of two or more types of different materials with exact weighing and homogeneous blending of lot of any substance. The plant finds particular application in the non-woven sector.
The plant is composed of:

• Bale openers (their number varies according to the number of the components to be blended)
• Electronic balances (mounted on loading cells)
• Transversal collection conveyor (for the collection of the material from the electronic balance)
• Opener blender (placed at the exit point of the transversal collection conveyor)
• Electric control panel for management and control of the plant

It can be equipped with a supervisory system that presents the advantage of supplying reports and statistical data of the production in progress in real time. Furthermore, it can be remote controlled by any personal computer.
