Description

Machine suitable for tearing of textile wastes, from which obtain fibres to be reinserted in the productive cycle.
It consists in:

• A rotor, where on its external surface, some blades with adjustable height are mounted
• A main drum, with toothed internal surface in contrast with the blades while rotating
• A hopper in entry
• A duct, for the exit of the processed fibres

The rotor is governed by a motor with a belt transmission system. In respect with the traditional systems, there are the following advantages:

• Deep and gradual action on the wastes to be processed
• Perfect tearing of all type of wastes without the needing of more machines in line, by reducing the occupied space
• Necessary electric power just for one motor
• High production
• Tearing action without any external dust emission, by maintaining a more healthy environment
• The hopper in entry and the exit duct, are equipped with bulkheads that allows their closure as soon as a beginning of an internal combustion is verified ; this in order to avoid the development of the combustion itself, in the internal part of the drum
