Description

Machine designed for the transversal and longitudinal cutting of textile products like wadding, coupled material, non woven and in particular for cutting of thermo-mild polyester.
The longitudinal cutting is made by “clippers” double circular blade governed by AC electric motors equipped with Inverter, for the cutting of voluminous materials.
For non voluminous materials the cutting is obtained by pressure circular blades against a drag cylinder made of made lukewarm steel.
The transversal cutting is realized by a special steel disk with AC electric motors and electronic adjustment of the number of revolutions in order to fit the cutting speed to the type of material in procession.
A drag calender is mounted right after the cutting heads. It is composed of a lower fixed cylinder and an upper lifting cylinder.
A pressing material unit, allows to press the material during the transversal cutting in order to obtain a net and precise cut.
