Description
Machine particularly suitable for the heat-bonding of needled non woven
material.
The Heat-Bonding machine SPK 954 mainly consists of 2 transporting
cylinders diameter 800 mm, having a special no shrinkage clothing.
Infrared rays heating panels, placed over the cylinders, treat both
sides of the material with an adjustable intensity according to its
characteristics.
The heating elements are positioned in such a way that no empty space
there are between each other.
Possibility of adjusting the tensioning of the material to be processed
between the first and the second cylinder, avoiding shrinking on the
with.
After the second cylinder there is the calendering group.
Cylinders have a diameter of 600 mm, provided with a diathermic oil
thermo-adjustment system with internal spiral (or equivalent system)
The calendering cylinders may be crossed (cross-axing) to compensate
eventual bendings.
Calender cylinders are provided with a stop limit piece that allows
calender thickness gauge.
Automatic opening of the heating panels and lowering of the lower
cylinder of the calander, avoiding material burning in case of power
supply interruption or emergency.
Machine supplied with 3 (or more) door-control board complete with
separate driving console and pneumatic station.
