CONTINUOUS MIXING SYSTEM MOD. 1040

System designed to allow continuous mixing of two or more different types of materials, with precise weighing and homogeneous mixing of batches of any size. This system is particularly suitable for use in the non-woven fabric sector.

The system consists of:

• Bale openers (the number of which varies depending on the components of the mixture).

• Electronic scales (mounted on load cells).

• Cross conveyor belt (for collecting material falling from the scales).

• Mixer opener (located at the outlet of the collection belt).

• General electrical control panel for the system.

This system not only guarantees extremely high precision in both weighing and mixing, but also offers the advantage of providing real-time reports and statistical data on production in progress. Furthermore, it can be controlled remotely using any personal computer.
