OVEN MOD.FN200

The heat-setting oven is made up of 2 m modular sections with a sturdy welded steel structure.

The walls are insulated with rock wool and are 100 mm thick. Thanks to the modular structure of the system, additional heating and cooling zones can be added to increase the oven's capacity.

Each module has its own heating, ventilation, temperature control and air filtration system. The material being processed is contained between two conveyor belts made with a special open mesh design that allows for high air flow.

The belt and upper nozzles are independently height-adjustable in each section of the oven. A special nozzle arrangement ensures a high and uniform flow of hot air from both sides of the material, resulting in a short heating time and optimal volume retention of the product.

A cooling zone is installed at the oven outlet, where ambient air is sucked through the material while it is still held between the two conveyor belts. The corresponding fan is regulated by an inverter for continuous control.
