CALENDER MOD.CP-1300

The CP-1300 calender has been designed to even out and fix the thickness of the product.

Although it can be used with all types of fibres, the best results are obtained by adjusting the space between the rollers and the pressure on the material. The machine is made with a sturdy steel structure. The rollers are mounted on large spherical bearings.

The rollers are constructed with steel cylinders >25 mm thick. Both rollers are driven by a single chain system with gears and a variable speed gear motor.

The rollers are heated by diathermic oil circulating inside them; the maximum external temperature is 210 °C with a tolerance of ± 5 °C on the sides. The rollers can be equipped with an electric heating system instead of diathermic oil.

Working height: from 500 to 6000 mm

Thicknesses: 2÷150 mm

Roller temperature: up to 210°C.
