This section presents the latest achievements and innovations developed by Mecatex.

Each new machine is the result of the experience gained in the raw fibre processing sector and in the production of non-woven fabrics, with the aim of offering increasingly efficient, reliable and technologically advanced solutions.

The innovations illustrated here represent Mecatex's ongoing commitment to research, precision mechanical design and production process optimisation, in order to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.

The newly developed and constructed "Opener APR_SF_1000" represents the latest evolution in the handling of non-woven textiles.

Specifically designed for reopening needled punched and thermobonded materials, it allows fibres to be recovered from production waste or regenerated materials.

Thanks to innovative design, the material is efficiently reopened, ensuring high-quality fibre that is ready to be reintroduced into the production cycle.

The pneumatic extraction system transports the reopened fibres to the processing line or to storage, optimising internal flows and reducing waste.

The "AS-70 Stretching Machine" is designed to widen and stretch needle-punched products with precision and continuity, representing an efficient solution for the nonwoven sector.

The process is carried out by two slatted chains which, thanks to the angular adjustment of the chain holder arms, allow the fabric to be extended to the desired width.

Subsequently, the material passes through a series of stretching rollers that improve its flatness and surface appearance.

Finally, two circular cutters trim the edges, ensuring a high-quality finished product, ready for the next stages of processing.
