OILING SYSTEMS MOD. 1075

The oiling chamber allows for the continuous application of emulsified oil to various types of textile fibres.

The oil, previously prepared in the special emulsifier, is distributed onto the fibres rotating on the chamber floor through a series of adjustable spray nozzles. All parts of the machine that come into contact with the fibres are made of stainless steel to eliminate corrosion and minimise cleaning time. The lubrication chamber is also equipped with a device to stop the flow of emulsified oil when there are no fibres in circulation.

The oiling tube mod. 1075-T allows the application of emulsified oil directly into the fibre transport pipe. It consists of a stainless steel tube on which two rows of nozzles (3+3) are mounted, controlled by independent solenoid valves.

The emulsifier model 1076 is used to prepare the oil solution to be sprayed onto the fibres. It consists of two stainless steel tanks (250+250 litres) complete with pump, electric heating elements, level rods and filters.
